Kathmandu: Meteorologists have said that there is a possibility of rain due to cloudy weather across the country from next Wednesday.
Meteorologist Pratibha Manandhar informed that there is a possibility of rain due to change of weather across the country from Wednesday evening to Friday. He said that the effect of the westerly winds will continue after Friday, depending on how active they are.
There is a possibility of more rain in the far west on Wednesday as the influence of westerly winds will start to be seen from the far west region on Friday. It will then gradually move east through the middle and will have an impact across the country.
Due to the monsoon, there is a possibility of rain in many parts of the country and snowfall in high hilly and mountainous areas. But there is no possibility of heavy rain. Due to the change of weather during the cold season, even when there is little rain, the temperature rises a lot. As the minimum and maximum temperatures decrease with the change of weather, there is a possibility of further increase in temperature.
According to the weather forecast department, it will be sunny in most parts of the country today and tomorrow. There is a possibility of morning and evening fog in some parts of Province 2 and Gandaki.
